Hydro Vault
Hydro Vault Kit Breakdown
The Hydro Vault Kit was a modular sifi kit I made for the Unity asset store. It contains 299 prefab objects that are spread across five substance materials giving the user complete customization over their scene. The programs I used were MayaLT 2014, Photoshop, Substance designer 5, Substance Painter, and Unity 5. I started off using the grid based system for the modeling part. After that I created a material ID map in Photoshop. I UVd it onto the material ID across all five materials. Each material has a similar model type grouped with it to avoid confusion for the user. I then created the material in Substance designer based off of the ID maps. I compiled and previewed it in Unity 5 before uploading it to the asset market. The substance materials give the user the ability to change anything from the color to the type of metal to the amount of grunge, mold, scratches and dirt.
Forest Diorama
This is a diorama of a forest scene I created in the Unity 5 Game engine. The rocks share one material, as well as the wood. The foliage was created in Speedtree and brought over. The Skybox was made using SkyGen WebGLTool.
